This is a unique role for a experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is looking for the excitement of a ECC role without working sole charge and no nights This is a unique role for a experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is looking for the excitement of a ECC role without working sole charge and no night shifts.We are working for a great 24hour hospital in stunning Cardiff who are looking for an amazing vet to complete the day time ECC team.
You will be part of a full team of Vets and RVNs to provide a seamless 24/7 service to their patients.
This practice has a fantastic reputation locally and has been looking after the local communities pets for many generations, and many of the team have been with them for many many years!
They have a fantastic team with a impressive skill set which collaboratively provide the highest levels of patient and client care, whilst always looking after each other along the way!
This multi-disciplinary site actively encourages collaboration between referral and first opinion/ECC teams and they have all the mod cons you would expect which provides a excellent platform for enable work ups and for you to pursue your clinical interests.
Facilities include: 24/7 inpatient care, CT Scanner, Advanced Ultrasonography, Endosurgery facilities, Extensive blood analysis equipment- including TEG, blood gases etc, Dedicated ECC wards, Dedicated orthopaedic, soft tissue and exotic theatres, Dental suite, In-house Hydrotherapy service & Physiotherapy service.
This practice is located in a stunning part of South Wales, and in particular, Cardiff and its surroundings, really are something very special. Within easy commuting distance of all of our practices, you can be living in the vibrant city centre of Cardiff, surround yourself with nature and tranquillity in the coastal towns of the Vale of Glamorgan, or the mountains of the Valleys and Brecon Beacons National Park.
This exciting role is set over 35 hours a week, comprising of 4 days shifts on, 4 days off!, 4 twilight shifts offering a great work life balance. No Night shifts, No On Call, No Sole Charge!
You will receive a competitive salary up to £78,000 (DOE) plus a wide range of attractive perks and benefits in addition to a certificate support.
